- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking power
- 2/3 cups butter, softened
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 2/3 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400 F
Line 12 x13” baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
Cook blueberries over medium heat until they reach jam-like consistency, three to four minutes. Let cool.
Beat sugar and butter together in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Then add cooled blueberries to mixture and cream at high speed.
Fold flour and baking powder into blueberry, sugar, butter mixture to form a dough. Add white chocolate chips.
Chill dough in fridge for thirty minutes before shaping into twenty-four balls. Flatten balls and then place in preheated oven for ten to thirteen minutes or until edges of cookies are slightly brown.
Let cool on rack for five to ten minutes. Enjoy!
